Use the custodian that matches the Lancaster County record:

- Lincoln police reports: LPD Records, 575 S. 10th Street; 402-441-6000. The public counter is listed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding major holidays.
- Booking and current custody: Lancaster County Adult Detention Facility, 3801 W. O Street, Lincoln, NE 68528; 402-441-1900.
- County Court files: Lancaster County Court records, 402-441-7291; Criminal and Traffic Court Division, 402-441-8959. Use the clerk for misdemeanors, traffic matters, and preliminary felony records.

- Statewide RAP requests: Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division provides Nebraska fingerprint-based Record of Arrest and Prosecution searches through its official channels.
There is no single county counter for every record. Sheriff files, corrections custody entries, and court case documents remain with separate Lancaster County offices, so confirm current hours before travel.
